Most of the time on third shift, there is NO work, so the actual JOB becomes being able to tolerate the idiot temps and the retard PERMs you will be working with.

Melatonin is good to help keep your body clock somewhat normal, but you just have to face the fact that your body clock and digestion will be screwed up for months.

There is someting about watching someone eating half a chicken at 4:00 am that just does not seem normal.

Third shift SHOULD pay $25.00/hr or more (normally) the last I worked third I made $30.0/hr.

WARNING:
The idiots supervising third shift like to play this game of sending temps home when there is no work. So, you may have been told that you would be working eight hours, but then learn that some ahole supervisor will send you home at 4:00 am saying there is no work.

I had this **** at Debevoise send me home at 5:00 am claiming there was no work, when there was another temp in the Center who was sleeping and snoring, and he STAYED and got the full 8 hours.
