I walked into Agency B and spent about two hours taking idiot tests. This idiot agency had actually called me to come in and register. After taking the stupid tests for word processors this person comes out and tells me that my math scores were a little low. This person looked a tad surprised when I told her that I had an engineering degree. I was invited to take the tests again. Yea right, if you had any fucking work I wouldn’t be taking any fucking tests; so like go fuck yourself.

I walked into Agency A and I take the tests that are generally standard at most temp agencies. While I’m talking to the temp counselor, a call comes in and the counselor turns to me and asks me if I can work THAT NIGHT. When I say yes, the counselor talks on the phone a little bit then she turns to me again and asks “Do you have a problem with temp to perm”? I say no. I take the assignment, great money, great long term job.

The above is what you will likely experience if you decide to temp in NYC. You can sit in some idiot attitude agency’s office and watch them masturbate or you can go to agencies that actually have work. The agencies that are making tons of money don’t give a shit how you look, what race you are or even if you are qualified. The agencies making no money are the one’s bragging about what investment banks they have; every fucking agency in NYC is sending bitches to the same handful of idiot fucking investment banks; fuck the fucking investment banks.

It is possible to go around claiming to be a temp agency and not really be in the temp business.

The best legal way to funnel money out of your company and into your girlfriend's or boyfriend's pocket is to have your girlfriend or boyfriend create a temp agency and have that temp agency approved by your company as a supplier of temps.

There is no law that says it is illegal to pay your boyfriend or girlfriend $1,000/hr for typists when your girlfriend or boyfriend is only paying these "typists" $11.00/hr (and these "typists" never type anything).

From my personal experience, it seems to be these bitches who are not really in the temp business who are creating most of the bullshit and attitude that we temps see. These bitches have contracts to supply temps and it doesn't matter if the companies actually need temps or what kind of temps are supplied.

Since these bitches just need bodies to turn in time sheets (in order to avoid going to prison for stealing money) they can afford to behave as if they are doorbitches at celebrity nightclubs.
